Brinnon School District Civil Rights Complaint Procedure

The Brinnon School District encourages anyone who has concerns of any kind to address them to the Superintendent in person, by phone (360-796-4646), or via e-mail (pbeathard@bsd46.org) at any time.  We strive to ensure our students, parents and community are happy and satisfied with our services both in and outside the classroom.

If you are concerned about anything that would be considered discriminatory in any way, you may informally discuss it with the Superintendent or anyone you feel comfortable discussing the situation with, file a formal complaint with the Superintendent to process or process a formal complaint form direct with the USDA using the procedure below and Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form without addressing the situation to anyone at the school.  You may also pick up a copy of the form in multipurpose room.

We encourage anything that makes anyone uncomfortable be resolved at the lowest level possible through open communication.
As a small community school, our Superintendent, Patricia Beathard, is readily available to be contacted.
