Welcome to the Brinnon Middle School!

Background

I was born and raised on Bainbridge Island, and I am returning to Brinnon after previously living here almost twenty years ago.  I am excited to be living in beautiful Brinnon, along with my five children. I am a newly certified teacher through Pacific Lutheran University’s Teacher Preparation Program, and I have a Master of Arts Degree in Multicultural English Literature and Language from Heritage University.

Classroom  

The students work together as a community of learners in a combined sixth, seventh, and eighth grade class.  The students work cooperatively and effectively as a whole group and in pairs for learning assignments and activities.  Each student completes grade appropriate work aligned with Washington State’s Common Core.

I am glad to be here and look forward to working with all my great students.
